Davy offers a competitive share dealing service for Employee Share Option Plans (ESOP).
We have a highly qualified and experienced ESOP team dedicated to assisting members of company share plans. Services include Approved Profit Share Schemes, Employee Share Option Schemes, Restricted Stock Unit Schemes, and Save As You Earn Schemes.
We have developed research resources in the field of corporate governance. We also use EIRIS, the Ethical Investment Research Service, to screen for eligible investments. More on our research and screening is available in the Core Ethical Policy document below.
We are constantly striving to build the most appropriate portfolio structures for our charitable clients and realise that investing in a way that reflects the ethos of your organisation is a core requirement for you, our clients. Some cancer charities choose not to invest in the tobacco industry, while some faith based clients may have concerns about bio-ethics and the use of stem-cells. We seek to build portfolio structures that meet those preferences.
Companies whose environmental, social and governance performance do not pass our screening will not be considered for investment. Excluded industries include defence/armaments, tobacco and pornography. Companies involved in the manufacture of abortifacient or anti-life products are also be excluded, as are companies that clearly exploit the individual or the environment.
In addition to our core ethical investments, we also facilitate tailored ethical investment policies structured around your charity’s ethical requirements and objectives.
Davy Asset Management offers funds under an Ethical Investment Strategy.
