Ronan joined Davy in 2016 having previously worked at Citigroup for 12 years as a Corporate Broker and an Equity Syndicate Specialist in both London and New York. Ronan has executed a significant number of equity capital market transactions globally across all sectors and gives capital markets’ advice to clients predominantly in the Financials, Industrials and Healthcare spaces. Ronan is a graduate of Trinity College, Dublin where he received a BA Hons (Econ & Finance).
Orla joined Davy in 2011 on the Graduate Programme, initially in Private Clients and subsequently joined Corporate Broking. She provides capital markets’ advice to corporate clients and has gained a breadth of transactional experience, across a range of sectors. Orla is a qualified accountant (ACCA) and holds an MSc Hons in Finance from UCD. Orla holds a BSc Hons (Finance) from Northeastern University Boston and a BA Hons (European Business) from DCU. Orla is a member of the Institute of Bankers.
Niall joined Davy in 2006 having previously worked as a Corporate Broker with Hoare Govett and as an investment banking graduate with Morgan Stanley in London. He has gained a wealth of transactional experience at Davy, working on IPO’s, fundings and buybacks for Davy Corporate Broking clients. Niall gives capital markets’ advice to clients predominantly in the Food, Transport and Leisure spaces. In 2015, he was made a Director on the team. Niall holds a BA (Econ) Hons from Trinity College, Dublin.
Sara joined Davy in 2014 on the Graduate Programme and worked in our Private Clients division on the Portfolio Construction, Portfolio Management and Investment Selection teams before joining the Corporate Broking team in March 2016. Sara holds a degree in Actuarial & Financial Studies from University College Dublin and an MSc in International Money, Finance & Investment from Durham University Business School. Sara is a Level III CFA candidate and is a member of the Institute of Banking.
Tom joined Davy in 2016, having previously spent 18 years Deutsche Bank’s Investment Banking division. He held various roles in Europe, Asia and America in management of research sales, corporate access and transaction distribution. Tom holds a Diploma in Corporate Governance from UCD, a Masters in Entrepreneurship from University of Limerick and a BSc (Surv) from Trinity College, Dublin.
Paula is Head of Corporate Access & Events. She joined Davy in 2004 and has over 12 years’ financials services experience from roles within the Private Clients and Corporate Broking divisions. The Corporate Access & Events Team provides a full suite of services to clients on institutional marketing and their investor relations programmes. This includes logistics planning, scheduling and execution of non-deal, deal and reverse roadshows, conferences, industry expert events, conference calls and other bespoke client events. Paula holds a B. Comm (Hons) degree from NUI Galway and an MSc (Hons) in Strategic Management and Planning from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
Rita joined Davy in 2009 as part of the Corporate Access and Events team. Her primary responsibilities include logistical planning and event management for the Capital Markets department. She holds a B.A in History & French and a Higher Diploma in Education from University College Dublin.
Lesley joined Davy in 2000, initially dividing her role between the Corporate Access and Events team and as Executive Assistant to Ronan Godfrey, Head of New Business Development. She then moved full time to Corporate Access. Her primary responsibilities include organising Corporate and Equity/Analyst Marketing Roadshow Events for the Capital Markets department.
Lynda joined Davy in 2005, initially working as an Executive Assistant in the Private Clients Department before joining the Corporate Access and Events team in 2007. Her primary responsibilities include logistical planning and event management for the Capital Markets department. Lynda holds a BA (Hons) Degree from Dublin Business School.
