Mr Tom Berrigan (Irish Resident) has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry and has extensive knowledge in the area of regulated funds. Tom joined Davy in 1999 and was appointed to the board in 2006. He is a director of Davy Investment Fund Services. Tom is a qualified financial adviser and a member of the Irish Stock Exchange and of the Institute of Bankers. His current activities include providing advice with regard to the regulatory, structuring and management aspects of Irish regulated investment funds. Tom is a Certified Investment Fund Director through the Institute of Bankers in Dublin. Prior to joining Davy, Tom worked at a director level with Alexander & Alexander and The Aon Group.
Carol O’Sullivan has been a Director in the Investment Funds and Debt Listing Department of Davy since 2001. She was previously a Director in the Listing Department of ABN AMRO, Dublin, which she joined from Davy Corporate Finance. She is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin, holding an honours BBS degree. Carol has advised on a wide variety of transactions across a range of asset classes and fund structures.
Michael is a Director at Davy's London office with particular experience in structuring asset holdings and tax optimised transactions. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a Chartered Accountant and a taxation expert and has implemented a wide range of transaction structures with and on behalf of institutions, corporations and high net worth clients.
