REFERRING YOUR COMPLAINT TO THE FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN SERVICE
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our review of your complaint, you may be entitled to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), or the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
The FOS is an independent public body, set up by law to deal impartially with unresolved complaints from eligible complainants about their individual dealings with financial services providers. This service is free to the complainant.
