My Profile - Personal Details

Updating my personal details online

  1. Log in to myDavy
  2. Click on ‘My Profile’: the information will be pre-populated with the contact details associated with your account
  3. Click ‘Edit Personal Details’ to make any necessary changes to your contact details
  4. Click ‘Submit Changes’

It may take a number of days for changes to be reflected on your account. We will call you to confirm the changes.

Please note: You can only update details online for an account solely in your name. For any updates to an account jointly owned, including corporate accounts please contact your Adviser. 
 

Trade Confirmations

If you have signed up to receive confirmation of your trades via email 'My Profile' section), you will receive an email when your trades have executed. You can manage your preferences within the ‘My Profile’ section on the main navigation of myDavy.

 

My Accounts

Updating account details online

To view the personal details associated with any of your accounts:

  1. Click ‘My Profile’ and scroll down to the menu labelled ‘My Accounts’
  2. Select the account you wish to view
  3. The first tab selected will be ‘Account Details’
     

Update your bank details online

  1. Log in to myDavy
  2. Click on ‘My Profile’ and scroll down to the list titled ‘My Accounts’
  3. Select the account you wish to update, then select ‘Bank Details’
  4. Enter your new bank details and click ‘Submit Changes’

Transfer Money In


You can transfer funds from your bank account to your Davy accounts.
To ensure funds are credited to your Davy account as soon as received, you must detail your Davy client account number (7 digit code) as the narrative in the transfer.

Send money by post

You can post a cheque or bank draft to us. Please make the cheque payable to Davy.
To ensure that your payment is promptly allocated to your Davy client account you must ensure that your Davy client account number is included on the reverse of your Cheque/Bank Draft. For company cheques, please state your own name on the back.

Withdraw Money

If you currently hold cash in a Davy account, you can make withdrawals online.

  1. Log in to myDavy
  2. Go to ‘My Profile’ in the navigation menu
  3. Scroll down the page to the ‘My Accounts’ section and click on the account you wish to withdraw funds from
  4. Select the ‘Withdraw Money’ tab
  5. Choose the method of payment: Electronic Funds Transfer or Cheque
  6. Choose the currency you would like to make your withdrawal in: Euro, Sterling, or US Dollar
  7. Enter the amount that you would like to withdraw. The cash available on the account is displayed below this field
  8. Confirm your contact number to enable Davy to contact you in relation to this instruction
  9. Click 'Submit’

You will receive an email confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal request. This is not confirmation of the withdrawal being processed.

Please note: If you have made a trade, no money will leave the account until the trade settles.  In some cases, trades can take several days to settle. If you have a query regarding this, please contact your Adviser.
 

Cheques

If you choose to receive payments by cheque, Davy will issue a cheque on the next working day after your withdrawal request. This cheque will be sent to the address associated with your account.
