Mary is Head of Global Investment Selection with the responsibility of identifying the most skilled investment managers in the relevant markets for Davy client investment portfolios. Mary’s knowledge extends across both investment selection and product development roles with a broad expertise across the insurance, pension and investment industries. Mary joined Davy in 2007 from Canada Life Ireland where she was Product Development Manager and Head of Actuarial Services. She is a member of the Davy Investment Committee and the Davy Advisory Committee. She is a Fellow of Society of Actuaries in Ireland and a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries in the UK. She is a graduate of DCU where she received a BSc in Financial and Actuarial Mathematics.
Killian joined Davy in 2015 as a Senior Analyst with responsibility for identifying and monitoring listed equity funds for inclusion in client portfolios including both active and passive funds. Killian began his career as a Research Analyst with AIB Investment Managers in 1999 and for the majority of his career he worked at the National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) where he was a senior member of the investment team managing the assets of the National Pensions Reserve Fund (NPRF). Killian held responsibility for the management and oversight of the NPRF’s listed equity mandates and was a member of the Investment Committee. Killian holds a BSc degree in Finance from University College Cork and a Masters in International Business from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. He is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute.
As a member of the Global Investment Selection Team, Michael has responsibility for Davy’s alternative investments, including hedge fund, private equity and property allocations. He is also a member of Davy’s Advisory Charity Investment Committee. Michael joined Davy in 2011. He holds a degree in Law from University College Dublin, a Masters in Management from the Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and is a member of the Institute of Banking. He is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute.
Leonie joined Davy in early 2016 and is a Senior Investment Analyst for the Global Investment Selection Team. Leonie works across Davy’s Fixed Income, Alternatives and Structured Product investments. Leonie previously worked with Willis Towers Watson and Mercer as an Investment Consultant where she provided investment advice to a range of institutional investors, including pension funds, insurance companies and wealth managers. Leonie was responsible for a wide range of consulting services, including manager selection and structure, asset governance, strategic asset allocation and the ongoing monitoring of managers. Leonie holds a degree in Economics and Philosophy from Trinity College Dublin and an MSc in Finance from Cass Business School.
Keith joined Davy in June 2015 and is an Investment Analyst for the Global Investment Selection Team. Keith’s responsibilities span all major asset classes, focusing mainly on equity funds. He is a keen advocate for Socially Responsible Investing (SRI) and is a member of Davy’s Charity Investment Committee. Keith worked previously with BlackRock and Standard Life Investments as a performance analyst across a wide range of active and passive funds. Keith holds a degree in Accountancy and Finance from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, and a Masters in Project Management from Queen’s University, Belfast. He also holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).
