VR Education’s (VRE) full-year maiden results continue a positive message from its January trading update. We believe 2019 is building to be a strong year with the commercial release of ENGAGE and a broadening base of retail experiences (Apollo 11 VR and Titanic VR). VRE also confirmed that “Raid on the Ruhr”, a Dambusters experience, will launch in March. For ENGAGE in particular, 2019 is a pivotal year with the platform expected to gain traction across multiple industry players. We do not anticipate making any material forecast changes and reiterate our ‘Outperform’ rating.
