Interim results broadly in line with forecasts

Hibernia has reported EPRA NAV/share of 175.7c in its interim results to the end of September, which is up from 173.3c at the end of March. The timing of lettings at 2WML means some gains will now materialise in H2. We do not anticipate making any change to our underlying NAV forecasts.
