Trading update notes more subdued backdrop entering 2020

Ibstock has confirmed its adjusted EBITDA for 2019 will be “broadly in line with market expectations”. The group is market leader in the structurally attractive UK brick sector, although the current outlook is “more subdued”. Formal results on March 3rd should provide greater colour on the prospects for the business in 2020.
