Feedback from Davy’s Irish financials conference yesterday (October 1st) is positive for the market. Q3 2020 investment market data show a rebound from Q2 but investments are still impacted by COVID-19 restrictions leading to pent-up demand. Results from IPUT showed office values performing better than our forecasts for Hibernia.
