2019 has clearly been an extremely challenging period for Datalex. Indeed, today’s update confirms a number of further negative developments (2018 underlying loss worse-than-expected; ‘significant’ exceptional cost in 2018; 2019-2020 guidance suspended). The key first steps for the new management team are to review the positioning of the business and stabilise its situation. In this regard, we look to hearing the results of management’s review and a medium-term outlook at the company’s AGM on September 17th.
