The upcoming Capital Markets Day at Serco (December 2nd) is an excellent platform for management to set out its stall for the next three years. However, while it is useful to reiterate the strengths and medium-term potential of the operations and to contextualise the ESG positioning, we believe management needs to go further and feel this lies in a more strongly articulated capital allocation policy.
