The sale of just under 1,000 plots in December proves that Harworth’s ready-to-go residential product is being demanded by the market at a time of low liquidity. The fact that sales occurred at or ahead of book values is also positive. With the land market holding up better than expected, 2024 looks like a promising year, particularly with the group alluding to ‘strong sales momentum’.
