Malin has announced that one of its investments, CG Oncology, will list on the NASDAQ today following its initial public offering (IPO). Based on pricing, the value of the group’s existing stake has increased to €15m. This drives a 4% upgrade to net asset value (NAV), widening the discount to NAV to 39%. We see a major opportunity in Malin.
