Flutter Entertainment has announced that Paul Edgecliffe-Johnson will step down as CFO and be replaced by Rob Coldrake, current CFO of the International business. Edgecliffe-Johnson’s departure has been attributed to his family commitments in the UK in light of the group’s move to a US primary listing. Coldrake is a strong replacement given his gambling experience with Flutter as CFO of the International division and his previous plc experience in TUI. It also shows the benefit of Flutter’s divisional structures that facilitate succession of high calibre experienced individuals.
