All conditions to CRH’s acquisition of Adbri have now been satisfied and the deal is expected to close on July 1st. CRH’s operational capabilities in Adbri’s core products and its long-standing presence in Australia make it a strong owner of these assets. In our view, this deal also creates further development opportunities for CRH in Australia.
