Co-op seeks approval for share spin-out

Tirlán Co-op, Glanbia plc’s largest shareholder, announced on September 2nd that it will seek approval from its members to “spin-out” Glanbia plc shares to Tirlán Co-op members. The latest proposal marks a further step in the ongoing evolution of the relationship between the plc and Co-op.
