The opportunistic acquisition of Catalyst, a 285,000 sq. ft. urban logistics estate, demonstrates Harworth’s ambition to grow its Investment Portfolio to £0.9bn by end-2029 – through either organic or inorganic means. Newly completed, the acquisition is also in keeping with the group’s ambition that the Investment Portfolio be 100% Grade-A.
