Kenmare has provided an update on its Implementation Agreement in Mozambique, which is due to expire on December 21st. The company has agreed in principle to an extension on new terms. The timetable will go beyond the deadline, but the company can continue to operate under the existing terms in the meantime. This is a positive development.
