discoverIE has announced the acquisition of German-based sensors business Bursters for £26m. True to the model, this looks a good fit and earnings accretive (c.1%) to FY26E and FY27E. We still expect a trading update in the next couple of weeks and reiterate our ‘Outperform’ rating and 915p price target.
