Bellway has announced interim results consistent with its recent trading update. Full year guidance is also unchanged, and the group remains on track to deliver decent profit growth. Despite the progress the business continues to make, the Bellway share price is 10% lower than where it was this time last year. Trading comfortably below book value, the stock clearly offers good medium-term value.
