Disposal of the Fresh Vegetables division

Dole has announced the disposal of its Fresh Vegetables division, which is an important milestone for the group. The event strengthens the Dole investment case and frees up management time to focus on more value-add activities. For 2025, we model an EBITDA contribution of $1m (0.3% of forecast group EBITDA) for the division. Dole will release H1-25 results on August 11th.
