The new purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) deal at Watkin Jones has two materially positive impacts on the group: (1) it significantly derisks FY25 financial guidance and (2) it adds materially to the FY26-28 order book. The deal is the largest one signed by the business in several years and is very encouraging in an otherwise challenging environment.
