Spread throughout the UK, Barratt Redrow has the capacity to deliver well over 20,000 units under the Barratt Homes, David Wilson Homes and Redrow brands. The group is a member of the FTSE 100 Index. Barratt mainly builds houses (87%) but also has some exposure to apartments (13%). Sixty-five percent of sales are to owner-occupiers, 14% to the buy-to-let segment and 21% to social housing. The group has a national spread with 29 divisions. The group is the second-largest housebuilder in the UK by units completed.
