Company Profile
Ibstock plc is a manufacturer of clay bricks and a range of clay and concrete products. Ibstock was owned for a number of years by CRH, which sold it to investment funds advised by Bain Capital Europe in a deal completed in February 2015. Ibstock then listed on the London Stock Exchange in Q4 2015. The group generates all its revenues in the UK, where it is the leading manufacturer of clay bricks with a market share of circa 40%.
