There are three distinct strands to our graduate programme: Wealth Management, Capital Markets, and our newly introduced strand in Risk, Compliance and Internal Audit. These are structured, three-year programmes designed to provide you with a deep understanding of the various teams within the department.
As part of the continued expansion of our UK business, we are looking for ambitious and highly motivated individuals to join our Belfast team as a Wealth Management Associate. Over the three-year training contract, the graduate will receive support through the professional qualification process via the Chartered Institute of Insurance, leading to Level 4 Qualification, and working towards Chartered Financial Planner status.
