Mental wellbeing: We provide a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) which is a free, confidential service available to our people and their family members at any time, providing immediate access to fully qualified counsellors and information specialists. We also provide access to an offsite confidential counselling support, as well as our trained Mental Health First Aiders, who will offer a friendly listening ear for those struggling with any aspect of mental health.
