Davy has published these reports in accordance with its understanding of its regulatory obligations as applicable where it has acted as an execution venue (systematic internaliser). Fulfilment of the reporting obligation may also be impacted by the availability of the complex data sets required by the Regulation. Davy has published these reports on a best efforts basis and may republish as and when known data quality issues are resolved.
