About Niall McConnell and Nik Healy

Niall McConnell and Nik Healy, co-founders of Convergent. They have spent the entirety of their business life working with companies to dissolve information chaos in business which is a significant barrier to business growth. For businesses to perform optimally, information must be unbound and flowing seamlessly across various systems, departments, and users.

Founded in 2014, Convergent is a document and information management consultancy that challenges short-term thinking to solve information, document control, and automation problems. Convergent’s unique approach to information management is to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs and requirements of businesses and process owners.

Niall has spent almost 25 years working in tech and prior to Convergent Niall worked in Business Analyst, Project Management and Commercial roles in Fintech companies. He heads up the Convergent business operation and oversees the commercial, finance and marketing functions as well as supporting the Solutions and Technical Teams.

Nik has previously held Management Consulting roles in Ireland and Canada. Nik leads the Solutions Team at Convergent and is widely regarded as one of Irelands leading document & information management experts. Nik also regularly speaks at Irish and international conferences.
