DAVY VIEW
In a year where volumes will be significantly curtailed by lockdowns, the home building sector has cause for cautious optimism. Demand has recovered to a reasonable level and, with government support possible from the upcoming budget, the medium-term could see a meaningful rebound in new home completions. As Ireland’s two largest builders, Cairn Homes and Glenveagh Properties are best placed to deliver on the opportunities provided by this environment.
