In keeping with June’s findings, this morning’s update showed further acceleration in home prices in July. Strong buyer demand continues to be driven by Ireland’s healthy economic fundamentals. A rapid increase in new dwelling transactions augurs well for new dwelling completions in Q3. We now expect a full-year national home price increase of about 8.5% in 2024.
