Travis Perkins plc is a leading supplier to the UK building and construction market. The group in its current incarnation arises from a merger in 1988 between Travis and Arnold plc and Sandell Perkins plc. Travis Perkins' purpose is to "help build better communities and enrich lives". The group has two reporting divisions: Merchanting and Toolstation. The latter also has operations in Continental Europe.
